This will be a special collaboration with Jasmin Harsono from Emerald and Tiger to integrate sound & breath. Sound & music is a big part of this modality of breathwork and it brings you deeper inwards into your internal state of awareness. Join the circle of breath, for radical self care and for a good cause. There will be a rejuvenating 25-minute sound bowl session at the end. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and find moments of deep relaxation.

All proceeds from the workshops under The Breath Movement will be donated. This event is dedicated to Suicide & Co. and nominated by lovely Jasmin, who is an ambassador.

Join the circle of breath with sound this time. Lets breathe together and reclaim our power as a community. All participants will receive a goody bag and our sponsors will be announced on our socials!

Go inwards and reclaim your inner wisdom and power. Find all your answers within, with your breath.

Transformational breathwork is a self-empowering and self-healing technique. It is a consciously connected breath technique that helps to:

  • Learn about how to breathe better and re-engineer your breath pattern

  • Become more conscious of your breathing habits

  • Use your breath to cope with daily stresses and anxiety

  • Integrate with suppressed and repressed emotions & traumas

  • Increase your breath capacity by utilising the right muscles to breathe

  • Support you when you are going through a challenging time

The session involves positive affirmations, acupressure, sound & movement and a sound healing session by Jasmin at the end. This breath practice is gentle, cathartic and deeply profound. You will learn to tap into your inner strength and power, empower yourself to use your breath to cope with daily stresses and anxiety.

Go inwards and reclaim your inner wisdom and power. Find all your answers within, with your breath. Healing is an inside job. It’s all in you. Pei will give you tips on how to build a sustainable home breath practice and you will bring home an Inmispace breath journal and a goodie bag.
