Neurodiversity and ADHD come with both highs and lows, gifts and struggles. But what if there was a new way to see them? In this session, we will explore not just the challenges, but also the hidden strengths and unique abilities that often get lost in the turmoil.
We will discuss the role that trauma, diet and lifestyle play in your life. Looking at how anxiety, depression and addiction can so often take hold, we will explore how can this can be prevented or avoided and how we can support others on their journey. Rather than simply finding ways to fit in, we will explore how you can use your neurodiversity to stand out—to thrive in a way that is authentic to you.
This is an opportunity to ask questions and perhaps together, we can find new ways to navigate life with neurodiversity in a way that feels more empowering and fulfilling.
