Stress is something I’m sure we are all very familiar with - it is a word that we use casually to describe how we are feeling (particularly when we are busy) but the effects of stress on our health cannot be underestimated. Where the messaging gets confusing though is that “removing” stress is not the goal. Not only is this nigh on impossible, you don’t get better at managing things by avoiding them. Instead understanding that stress is a signal and not the status quo, shifts the whole perspective - it allows you to focus on what you can do to address this signal and get back to feeling energised, motivated, focused and clear headed.
Learning what stress is, how to break out of the cycle and the nutrition & lifestyle resources you need to support you through it is how you prevent stress becoming distress in the body - and this is exactly what Grace will be taking you through in this interactive workshop
