About The Event
The Food Freedom Circle is a supportive space for women who want to heal their relationship with food and break free from guilt, shame, dieting, and food obsessions.
This circle provides a safe, judgement-free space where women can connect and share their food-related struggles. It’s a place for healing, where we challenge the harmful messages of diet culture, reject unnecessary food rules, and move away from the guilt and shame that often accompany food choices.
What to Expect:
Open Discussions: Share your story, listen to others, and gain insights into navigating food-related challenges.
Supportive Environment: A compassionate space for empathy, connection, and mutual support.
Connection: Build meaningful relationships with others who understand your journey.
Whether you’ve struggled with food anxiety, dieting, or emotional eating, this circle is designed for women who want to feel more at ease with food, nourish their bodies without guilt, and embrace a healthier, more balanced relationship with eating.
