What to Expect From This Delicious Day

  • Welcome circle and our signature self-expression creativity jam with a twist.

  • We'll start the day with an embodiment practice that will make you feel connected and revitalised, guided by neurosomatic embodiment practitioner, Joy Borman. You'll be buzzing for days after. In this guided, beginner-friendly session, you’ll explore movement in a way that feels playful, rhythmic, fluid, spontaneous, expressive, helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that belongs in your bones.

  • Learn to take up space in front of the camera and allow yourself to feel seen and appreciated, in a photography workshop run by activist photographer, Fanny Beckman. You'll get inspired by stories of representation and inclusivity and understand that your story matters.

  • Prepare to have your entire relationship with clothes turned upside down as you learn how to use them to take up space, express yourself and position yourself as the expert you want to be with the one and only Style Editor, Samantha Harman. You will come away from this session looking at your wardrobe in a new light, with actionable steps to implement right away to turn your style into a business tool.

  • Change how you see money forever and use it to create unparalleled impact for you and the things you care about. This is a very special workshop run by Yinka Ewuola who's on a mission to help women take up space and make more money, without sacrificing their self-expression.  This one comes with a trigger alert, but we promise no faff, fluff or spreadsheets!

  • Storytelling workshop to uncover the narratives that are holding you back and keeping you small with Sophie Lee, your host and storyteller extraordinaire (this will be joyful as well as impactful). We'll have an opportunity to share on the mic and celebrate each other's voices, if you feel so called.

  • We'll finish the day with a Zentangle session with Denise Gannon where we'll blend creativity and mindfulness to fully integrate everything we've experienced. The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.
