Feel-good ambition is a concept that captures the thing that you crave after spending time building a career, realising it’s not what you want, and feeling stuck. It’s an ambition that lies at the intersection of your values system, what fuels your intrinsic motivation, and how you want your work and life to feel. It’s a version of your ambition that feels good to YOU.
In this workshop, you will:
Discuss the difference between fake ambition and feel-good ambition
Uncover your values system, including what your values are and what value you bring
Understand what fuels your intrinsic motivation
Identify how you want work and life to make you feel
Learn how to use human skills such as curiosity, experimentation, and self-reflection to get unstuck.
